It worked wonders on my little boy's baby eczema and now I use it as a nappy cream, it clears up any redness, provides a protective layer and washes right out of his cloth nappies when other barrier creams leave residue and stains. I have been using B Skincare Hand and Foot cream for six months and I absolutely love it. I have a 20 year history of dermititis and allergies with many hand creams. Not this one, it is rich, luxurious, but sinks in quickly and does actually soften and relieve my dry hands without causing them to flare or itch at all. And the smell is divine.
